My journey has been marked by notable accomplishments, including being the recipient of the prestigious Presidential Scholarship, showcasing my aptitude for complaint response and management, Human Resources Management (HRM), and proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems. My practical experience as a valet at Contrast Parking in Chicago has honed my problem-solving skills, organizational prowess, and a keen ability to provide punctual and polite valet services to over 100 guests daily, resulting in an impressive 95% customer satisfaction rate.In parallel, I am actively building on this foundation as a Human Resources Student Worker at Loyola University Chicago, where I am playing a pivotal role in enhancing HR operations. My contributions involve streamlining the onboarding process by organizing new hire files, significantly reducing filing time for employee relations sessions, and effectively connecting qualified applicants with their respective HR managers. In addition, my daily involvement in creating and editing job postings, alongside conducting background checks on substantial applicant pools, serves to facilitate the seamless onboarding process for department heads.
