Areas such as Allergen Control, HACCP, OpRP, CCP/CP, GMP, QMS, Change Control, SOP’s, Forms, (PFD’s) Process Flow Diagrams, Etc.To assist and provide support for multi-departmental activities, projects and special investigations.QA Departmental Database Development via Microsoft Access. Modules developed include a GMP Audit Database, ISO-22000 FSMS Keypoint Manager, Product Characteristics Module, Business Mapping/ Production-Manufacturing Hierarchy, and Master Employee Database. The development and utilization of the prementioned databases provided for a central/ fundamental front end that ties in all Food Safety Programs and their primary data references.

Development and Research of Innovative methods to either include into current quality testing/monitoring techniques or to provide for additional accuracy and/or efficiency. Specific example includes the design, installation and method development of utilizing an NIR Spectrometer to replace an existing form of alternative total solids testing/monitoring (CEM; Microwave Technology). Advanced modeling development and support.
