I am taking additional responsibilities and trainings to perfect my skills at my position. I travel around to other branches where needed, and help the Bank find the successes and challenges each demographic area faces in order to update our procedures and standards across the retail network.

Conduct CSR new account training, and/or new hire training when needed in addition to my duties as a Sr. Regional Banker in the branches. Look for ways to improve the training experience where possible. Also chosen as a Champion for our new Client Relationship Management System (CRM) within my branch to serve as a content expert for my fellow CSRs. As of 2017 I am involved with our learning and development department to upgrade our training programs based on current research into adult learning.

In addition to my current responsibilities as a CSR and Retail Trainer, I now have the capability to override transactions of a higher dollar amount and serve as a resource for employees who need assistance. I have been instrumental in designing our new training program for retail onboarding and that for established CSRs to develop their skills in the account opening process.

Also serve on the Talent Team which meets quarterly to discuss our strategies for attracting and retaining top talent; review the training program and Buddy System to ensure our new hires receive the best on-boarding experience.

I take phone calls in the research department at the Flagship Store to check inventory on items either on back order or sold out in the catalog which are then picked off the floor for these customers. Once we have the item, I am also cross-trained on register to charge the customer and send the item to be shipped.

I responded to internal client phone calls regarding activity on credit card accounts; Utilized established guidelines to cross-sell programs and balance transfer opportunities. Also served as an On-Job trainer for new hires both to provide them with training into the job requirements and best practices, but also to monitor them during their first few weeks and take calls with them to show best demonstrated practices.
