I am a Fellow Chartered Management Accountant (FCMA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant ( CGMA) with extensive Director experience across a number of SME, OMB and Blue Chip businesses, Private and complex Public sector, Social Enterprise, Charities, single and multi site, including NHS, Healthcare, Social Housing, Professional Services, Manufacturing, FMCG, as a permanent and interim FD, CEO , Owner Manager and NED in highly commercial, operational and strategic roles.I have VC/MBI/MBO and Private Equity funding experience.I have a reputation for getting things done and combine a strategic overview with being hands on and have the gravitas and experience to build strong relationships at all levels, both internally and externally with Stakeholders, Patients, Funders, Bankers, Advisors, Shareholders. I have staff management experience across a wide range of non Finance disciplines.I have extensive skills in turnaround, cash management, working capital and profit optimisation, change management, together with the normal Finance disciplines.With 8 years experience as a Non - Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair in Wirral NHS PCT I was a Non Executive Advisor to a Clinical Commissioning Group of 7 GP Practices representing 45000 patients with a Commissioning Budget of £55m where I was involved in a project assesing the Clinical, Operational and Financial implications of the Urgent Care options facing the NHS.Currently I am a Lay Member on the Wirral Locality Board of the Cheshire and Wirral Partnership ( Mental Health ) Trust and a Non Executive director of the Liverpool Community Healthcare Trust. In addition, I am interim Managing Director of a privately owned Mental Health Care provider, operating on a multi site basis.
