This task used to take 8 weeks.* Contributed to proposal efforts in helping win a 5 year, $5 million IT Service Management Office improvement effort for DISA network services.* At a government agency, assessed and provided process recommendations for improvement efforts in relation to email service monitoring and event management. Result was a 10 fold decrease in incident ticket escalation to tier II engineers.* At a commercial client, developed and designed proof-of-concept (POC) database automation use-cases to demonstrate the capability of CAs IT Process Automation Manager Orchestration product.
