Product management for multiple product lines with annual worth >100 million Euro across 3 principal product lines.Group responsibility includes managing the team of product managers, health technology assessment, clinical therapy specialists / educational specialists for new therapies and therapy awareness, as well as office marketing management team. 15+ direct indirect reports at the regional and country level.Current additional project responsibilities also include biological coating product life cycle planning, vertical integration of manufacturing technology, and implementation of new regulations (MDR).

Managed product launch internationally as well as clinical studies that defined the efficacy, cost effectiveness and clinical benefits of the mini bypass approach to extracorporeal circulation. Worked with sales group in the field to introduce the product clinically, set up clinical training programs, provide hands-on training in the operating theatre while setting up geography specific pricing programs country by country throughout Europe, North America and Rest of World (ROW) geographies.
