About Michael Robson

Experienced railway executive having worked for a nationalised, a privatised, a company in administration and then a privatised railway I have a good knowledge of the UK and other railway structures. My time in Europe as Secretary General of the European Rail Infrastructure Managers gave me an excellent insight to the workings of the European machine in Brussels and the challenges facing European railways and infrastructure managers.I have also been a member of the ERA Administration Board and have a good knowledge knowledge of rolling stock issues.I have been a "railway expert" in terms of the UK rail adjudication process (ADC).I have served on the; EURNEX Advisory Board for research in addition to being a Technical Expert to this group.DESTinationRail Executive Board,Charied the Advisory Board in addition to being a work package leader for ethe project.The UIC European Management Committee.I am currently a member of the Transport Infastructure Advisory Group TIAG.
