Responsible for managing domestic and international training efforts for Komatsu America Corp. Our training efforts include technical and operator training for distribution and Komatsu affiliated subsidiaries. Training initiatives of the department focus on core elements for development and delivery of instructor led classes, on-line courses and CBT. The department is also involved with support of many other divisions of Komatsu.

At John Deere, I was initially responsible for transitioning product support responsibilities from Hitachi Construction Machinery support to John Deere. Utility and construction equipment support was assimilated, then my responsibility was to personally support the Hitachi mining product through technical and operator training initiatives. As Instructor Developer, I developed training materials for purpose of conducting site training at mine locations. The training I provided was custom to the site and environment dispatched to.

As training manager for Hitachi I served in several areas and capacities of product support. I was responsible for instructional material development and course instruction in the areas of product technical and operator support. As a department we supported utility, construction and mining products manufactured by Hitachi Machinery Corporation.

My role at Gulf Coast Trades was Auto Mechanic Instructor, representing the New Waverly Independent School District. I taught attending youth auto mechanics skills specifically for purpose of gaining immediate employment upon graduation from the program.

Instructed and supervised training on Caterpillar product.

Managed historic properties associated with the business of developing and marketing educational programs.
