  In my decade with this great company, I worked as a department lead for both the bargain and magazine department. In this capacity, I categorized product and sales fixtures, scheduled and organized projects, built and maintained various displays, and trained employees both in my store and in other stores. When not performing lead responsibilities I assisted with every kind of customer inquiry, such as placing and following up on orders or investigating book requests with little-to-no information, culminating in the wonderful moment the customer holds the book in their hands. Additionally I worked the registers, shelved and sorted books, and took frequent phone calls.
