This includes negotiating project payment terms, milestones, timelines, guarantees and penalties • Team leadership and employee motivation• Finance- Payment of wages, creditors and third-party payments- Cash flow management- Monitoring of profit loss- Creation of budgets and sales targets• Sales:- Finding and targeting new customers- Improving and maintaining existing customer relations• Responsible for Health and Safety and Legislative Adherence
