I'm an Audio Engineer and Educator focused on recording and mixing music with a background in podcast editing and production. I enjoy helping artists realize their sound and bringing their final vision to life, whether it's their first EP or an engaging podcast conversation. In Education, I teach studio recording, analog signal flow and mixing, as well as digital tools such as Avid Pro Tools. I thrive in small class settings where the focus is hands-on learning. I've administered, updated, and recently created, hands on exams for consoles such as the SSL Origin, API Legacy Plus, Avid S6 and Neotek Elite. Mentorship and imparting ideas on students on topics such as networking and studio etiquette is something I pride myself in. In Podcasting, I edit for clients in the sales, medical, fitness, and coaching industries. Bringing a more concise flow to their conversations, cleaning up audio recorded from their homes or over Zoom, and getting the audio up to accepted streaming standards. I will also advise on placement of show elements such as intros, outros, and ad spots.I work with bands and artists locally and remote, on the recording and mixing of their projects. I love working with new artists and encouraging them to explore and find "their sound".
