I enjoy working with teams and finding new ways to solve unique problems. One of the most rewarding parts of my roles up to this point has been the ability to make an impact in the lives of the team members that I have the opportunity to serve. Each challenge that we face is an opportunity to learn something new and improve the lives of those around you. It doesn't matter if you’re improving a process, investing in training and development, or simply an observant listener, you always have the opportunity to make an impact in the lives of others.
