This includes creating audits for system defects and automating those whenever possible. It includes training everyone that is new to our team in SQL to do the same. Create and maintain Tableau dashboards for area leaders on subjects such as attendance, meal and shift clock reporting, overtime and consecutive shifts. Create reports accessible to area leaders such as service anniversaries, clocking locations and notifications for annual and new hire check-ins. We are also involved in web app development including TimeCheck, a tool for area leaders to use at their desk or on their phone for employees with clocking errors or nearing their deadline for lunches.

Using SQL Server, Tableau and Access, I produce reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.) on leader behavior, work affecting the time, attendance and payroll teams, and how these teams perform in completing it. In an ever changing role, I worked from 2007 to 2011 on daily audits for time and pay-related issues and worked on several long system testing projects such as day divide pay rules and changes to shift and meal clocking. From 2011 to 2013, the time was dedicated to projects such as workload tracking, job aids, documentation of system defects and preparing the opening team at the new hotel in Hawaii for their time and pay responsibilities. From 2014 to 2017, I worked in our payroll services team handling any discrepancies and providing support for off-cycle, stop payment and final checks. Within a few months, my focus turned to preventative work, auditing for changes to previous pay periods, errors in payroll and HR records and more. In 2018, I joined the Data Integration team, focusing on projects related to database creation or improvements, reporting and programming as we attempted to improve on current time and attendance team processes.
