Continuously improve the processes aimed to increase efficiency, quality and cost effectiveness of Marine HR Manila. • Ensure that the organisation is always prepared for operational internal and external audit/s.• Responsible for the effective administration of operational budget including cost control are maintained for all vessels under the responsibility of Torm Philippines.• Establish good working relationship with stakeholders, customers and government bodies.• Represent Torm at various maritime forums.• Effectively strengthen and maintain a closer interaction between colleagues at sea and shore• Monitor, motivate, coach, assess and develop team.
