Career History: I have been a physiology/health science researcher for 12 years. I have a broad span of scientific expertise ranging from biochemistry, molecular biology, and applied human physiology. I have specific experience with human (adult and pediatric), animal (mice and rat), and cell culture research models across my career studying metabolism, obesity, cancer, skeletal muscle, heart failure, nutrition and exercise physiology. I currently work as a research scientist for Plexus Worldwide where I utilize my nutrition research expertise to aid marketing and product development with product claim substantiation.
