As a trainer my main responsibilities are split between digital and in person training.The main part of my role is the design, build and testing of digital training modules primarily using the Articulate Storyline suite of programmes as well as other tools. Following this I also use data to test the effectiveness of the created module.The second part of my role is the delivery of upskill sessions to handlers across the company and the continued maintenance of material. Starting out with AD claims I have branched out to include TP claims, outlay recovery and behavioural skills. This variety has allowed me to get involved in large change initiatives across motor claims ranging from changes affecting one team to projects across multiple sites and areas

My Responsibilities included dealing with incoming customer queries relating to the repair aspect of claims, I also dealt with complaint, auditing colleagues, delivering feedback and also assisting in the identification of fraudulent claims
