I help front line agents with resolving complex technical issues, and troubleshooting network problems. I also train and mentor new and existing staff members, and oversee the daily operations of the support team. I have a strong background in project management, which I studied at Louisiana State University. I am passionate about delivering quality service, enhancing customer satisfaction, and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
