As VP of Business Development, I was responsible for leading and driving the revenue growth andretention for the organization. I led and oversaw the engagements with mainly gas and electric utilities (Investor owned, Municipal, Co-op) for creation, development and mentoring of all revenue pipelines and sales funnels for the organization through coaching, review and direct involvement with my teams.
