I worked for over 14 years for Novartis Pharma AG mostly as learning coordinator in HR Switzerland for the internal training department.- As learning coordinator I’m familiar with general administrative tasks and organizing workshops and meetings for internal and external trainers.- I was responsible for the organization and administration of internal training courses, as well as customer-specific projects- I organized travels, expenses, meetings and workshops for internal and external trainers- I have also much experience in preparing presentations and material for meetings, trainings and workshops- I was leading the reception desk and technical facility team in Learning Center Horburg and organized room reservations and supported internal and external events- I’m familiar having different responsibilities, working fast, efficient and in the best quality for an international, ambitious company- I have excellent communication skills and a structured way of working
