I was an intern at Project SEARCH at Monmouth Medical Center. I worked in three departments. I worked in Hospital Services, where I restocked hand sanitizer containers and gloves on all the patient floors. Than, I worked in Medical records where I scanned and documented confidential patient information. When I was in the Cancer Center I scheduled appointments, made phone calls, filed documents, and put together welcome packets. I had access to an electric medical record.
