I am architecture lead for the Defence Market in Atkins, with particular expertise in military air projects internationally. Key projects include RAF Marham F-35 Facilities, UK Pilot Training Facilities, Secure Office projects, Future Fighter Capability Project - Canada, and a current PMO Design Lead role for DIO.Generally:Working abroad and for international clients over the past 20 years has given Michael a broad perspective on design and construction. This has also given him good knowledge of different sectors and direct experience of leading projects from small and detailed projects of £0.5m up to large schemes of £300+m. Key Experience:Michael is a team leader/ design manager who has wide experience of steering projects from feasibility through to hand-over, ensuring that key design concepts and client aspirations are properly deliveredHe is a firm believer in the benefits of collaborative work processes.
