Michael has more than 25 years of engineering and project management experience in a broad range of environments including heavy industry, infrastructure and building services. Within these industries he has successfully designed and implemented electrical, automation, control and communication systems as well as leading and managing multi-discipline engineering and installation teams. He has been involved in all phases of small and large projects spanning engineering studies through to detail design, installation, commissioning and handover. Experience has also been gained providing leadership across Southeast Australia for over thirty engineers and design drafters working on projects in the Mining & Metals, Infrastructure and Energy sectors.Michael has proven experience with the development of engineering designs and documentation to meet technical scope and standards. He is a nationally registered professional engineer and has been involved with small and large engineering design and installation projects for both Greenfield and Brownfield sites. With formal training in the PMBOK, Michael understands and effectively manages the various stages of a project using proven project management principles. He has a blend of technical expertise, leadership and management skills and values quality in engineering and maintains a keen focus on safety in design and on site.
