Versatile and passionate scientist trained in molecular immunology and T cell therapy (TCR gene engineered animal models and CAR T cell manufacturing for clin. phase I studies). Comprehensive training in the cGMP manufacturing of CAR T cells and advanced experience in related process development. Currently focussing on work as QC supervisor (also trained to perforn all relevant in process testing and product rekease testings for clinical manufacturing). Able to utilize extensive research experience to facilitate the translation of lab scale projects to clinical GMP manufacturing protocols. A deep understanding of scientific methods and technical backgrounds of machines and assays used for my work is my most distinct quality alongside the ability to motivate teams to achieve the best possible results. I am determined to broaden my scope to gain a high level of expertise in the QC and QA aspects of clinical manufacturing. Guided by critical thinking and determination I am passionate to achieve the best results for the projects I work on, and the people I am working with.
