Joined a small crew about 2 months after their opening to bring in a cocktail program to a beer and wine and food tavern. Hiring, training, POS programing, hosting beer, wine and spirits events, team building, inventory control, ordering product, "putting out fires", leading meetings and general maintenence are among the many, many things I do.

Consulted, managed, bartended and served a brand new business that was so far out of the way it needed to become a "destination". I hired and trained staff and brought on managers to develope a small team to make it the best place "in the middle of nowhere, on your way to somewhere".

Sales Representative for on and off premise accounts. Maintaining great relationships with buyers while creating new ones on my route as well as supporting my team on theirs. Providing a positive sales experience for customers by figuring out their needs and filling those needs in creative and passionate ways. Conducted tastings, education and promotional events for our products to both team mates as well as customers.

I had the pleasure of accepting a position as one of only 13 reps in Washington state for Southern/Odem on premise/state store sales team. This was a dream come true as I had been taking such a deep dive into spirits, cocktails and hospitality for the previous 6 years. Serving key on premise accounts, and all 13 state liquor stores in Whatcom, Skagit and Snohomish and North Island counties, I had a lot of territory. Making placements at on premise, tastings and events mostly (as accounts did their buying at state Liquor Stores only back then). Selling in displays and features at the Liquor Stores and maintaining them as well as maintaining pricing and shelf talkers and stocking product was among the many services I performed.

Bartending and serving with a focus on classic and craft cocktails. I worked closely with the General Manager on cocktail menus and training staff on proper execution and specs.
