Michael has been bringing his substantial property experience to AsheMorgan’s clients since 1990. His expertise spans investor relations, funds management and joint ventures, development and construction, as well as financing investment grade assets.He has been instrumental in expanding AsheMorgan’s business internationally and driving the company’s transition from a major player in the arrangement of senior and mezzanine debt to a principal capital provider and asset manager.Michael heads up investor relations for the group, he is responsible for both the offshore and onshore capital invested into AsheMorgan Syndicates and is Chairman of the AsheMorgan Compliance Committee. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of NSW, with merit, and is a fellow member of the Australian Property Institute. He has also completed a Harvard Business School of Management leadership course and is a member of the Young Presidents' Organization (“YPO”).
