Assosiate Field Service Technician
CurrentAs a field service technician at Resonetics my day to day consists of servicing and maintaining various types of lasers and medical device manufacturing equipment. Half of my time is spent in the field, maintaining systems on-site for numerous customers. The other half of my time is spent testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting systems in house. Following our quality record retention and data entry. Customer service as well as in house support. Collaborating as a team and utilizing my resources to complete projects on time while preparing for the next.
