I commenced my career as a Defence trained tradesman at the Army Apprentice School - Balcombe. With many years of experience gained by progressing through the various roles from a trade qualified vehicle mechanic specialising in C Vehicles (Earthmoving Equipment) and Armoured vehicles, I have a good appreciation an aptitude for how equipment was built, how to diagnose faults, and a very good and in-depth knowledge of how to best manage a vast range of equipment. Progressing through to a role in Trade Repair, then Planning and in Quality Control (Maintenance Quality Assurance). I moved to the new , maintenance facility at RAAF base Amberley as the lead of the Tiger team. In this role I managed the problematic areas that occurred when moving a large organisation that included consolidation of several outlying warehouse facilities into the new facility at Amberley. I also managed the majority of the 34 funded Product Schedules as a DSA Fleet Manager. Products included; Mobility Fleet, Tech Gen Fleet and the EIR/ELEC Fleet has provided me with the exposure of logistics in general.My current focus is Regional Fleet Sustainment including the associated aspects of Warehouse and Distribution that intertwine into the fleet and maintenance elements.As this is a limited field, please feel free to contact me to expand on any part of my career to date.
