The Black Belt role is responsible for driving change by focusing on customers, employees, and processes resulting in a culture of excellence. The role supports teams such as contracts/pricing, sales operations, and marketing within the pharmaceutical segment of Cardinal Health. Advised leadership on strategic objectives, manage project pipelines and facilitated process improvement events to positively impact employee culture, service levels and financial performance. Mentor and train kaizen leaders via hands-on project coaching.

Responsible for implementing and supporting a logistics savings program to over 40 hospital locations in the Michigan & Northwest Ohio Market. Delivered training to staff and prepare/conduct business reviews to executive supply chain leaders. Achieved 100% quota and re-negotiated service renewal contracts achieving over 95% customer retention. Led over 20 strategic savings projects while also being the on call resource for my clients.
