• Responsibility for overall contract Management of The Marches ESFA SSW contracts • Leading on the change management and process implementation both internally and across a network of supply chain partners • Developing new and innovate practices to improve internal performance, reporting mechanisms and to implement contractual changes across the network in line with funding holder • The day to day management of a caseload of supply chain partners ensuring ongoing performance and KPIs are managed in line with contractual requirements • Line management for Supply Chain managers within the contract package area • Responsibility for budget control and financial profiling, working closely with internal finance teams and individual suppliers to ensure the achievement of funding targets and contractual profiles• Supporting on procurement opportunities and developing new business models
