I have over 30years experience in telecommunication industry, from VHF/UHF & HF in my earlier career and then onto Mobile telecoms, with various contactor companies working in Ireland and UK. I have held roles from rigging telecoms / Supervision to Project management of Telco 2g/3g/4g/5g upgrade. Tower installs & swap outs, maintenance roles of mobile telecoms structure throughout the Ireland. Recently held the position of Deployment Manager for a contractor, looking after crew deployments schedules/ training/ equipment allocations/ appraisals/ Hire and Firing. Completing audits & Method statement for HSEQ Dept while keeping the focus on Budgets/ P&L.I understand the pressures that telecoms can bring and am agile while staying customer focused.
