WHO IS MICHAEL RUDNICK?I'm founder and former President of RCC, a leading technology firm in Providence, RI. RCC offered IT services from 1989 to 2022. Our goal was to provide the IT support you need, so that you can get on with managing your business. RCC was purchased by MERIT 2.0 LLC in September 2022.I started my company back in 1989 because I wanted to marry my love of technology with my love of helping others. I had worked in industry for a number of years and was convinced that I could help other businesses.One of the reasons I started the business was the attitude of IT consultants. The general approach was that IT consultants knew the answer and had to just convince the client. This “my way or the highway” approach is not only incorrect, it's also extremely demeaning to the client.My goal has always been to work in a collaborative relationship, offering recommendations on technology issues so our clients could make the best business decisions.Over the years RCC grew to be a valuable resource to small and medium-sized businesses in Rhode Island, Southeastern Massachusetts and Eastern Connecticut.
