I am an experienced property claim insurance professional currently serving as Manager of The Hartford's Commercial Property Claim Center, a national operation striving for best-in-class recognition. I have previous experience as an outside/field claim representative handling personal lines and commercial lines property claims for a large IA firm, large TPA, and major carrier in the Chicagoland area. I have also served as a front line property claim supervisor, operational manager of a claims unit of claim reps and supervisors, a vendor program manager for multiple claim centers, a quality assurance manager for a property claim region, and as national manager of our property claim quality audit team.My focus is on ensuring that those that report to me and those to whom I report receive prompt feedback, proactive follow up and project completion that is accurate and forward looking.
