Ceramic Process knowledge helped Spray Operators Production meet shipping demands. Used SPC Process control for ceramic laydown and metallized electrode material. SPC allowed controlling shrinkage variations and reducing material costs. SPC process was also used involving sintering/firing of API electronic product lines. Knowledgeable in various ceramic forming needed for manufacturing of raw materials (powder qualification, powder characterization, batch formulation, pressing, extrusion, tape casting, etc…)o Daily duties for ceramic capacitor firing/ Kiln room Establish firing profile for various dielectric materials.
