Office Services Coordinator
Current- Oversee daily operations in the mail room, fax center, copy center and hospitality settings of a busy legal firm, working with all vendors to maintain machines and facilitate repairs as needed
- Engage with vendors to make cost comparisons and perform analyses to keep pricing competitive and adhere to budgetary requirements; report on these factors to the Firm Administrator
- Reconcile and approve vendor invoices, facilitating office supply orders as needed for Attorneys and other staff
- Work in conjunction with overnight express companies to guarantee timely order delivery; also oversee internal deliveries to various courts and/or clients
- Act as an intermediary with building maintenance staff to report the need for vital office repairs
- Coordinate office space for incoming new hires
