As Group Head of Collections, I am responsible for overseeing the performance of our expanding loan book which currently exceeds half a Billion dollars, as well as recovery functions for Finance One (Brisbane & Townsville) and our Collection businesses (Gold Coast) within the broader group. This includes compliance with all the relevant regulatory frameworks.Our collection businesses (Strategic Collections and Commercial Credit Control) have a rich history of servicing several of Australia’s largest corporates for more than two decades. Our highly experienced team are proud to represent clients across a broad range of industries including Telco, Utilities, and Finance sector. Our long-standing associations with many of Australia’s largest credit grantors is a testament to our consistent high performance on a number of competitive collection panels. We offer our clients a suite of services ranging from commission-based agency work, pay per operator subscription models, business process outsourcing (BPO) whereby we are assisting existing clients with hardship and other administrative functions. We are also conducting debt purchase and forward flow agreements. Our collection strategies can be designed to suit individual client needs and encompass a broad range of collection methodologies and the latest technologies. We took possession of our newly acquired call centre premises at Varsity Lakes on the Gold Coast in June 2024.
