As a final year student of an honours psychology degree at Brock University, I am eager to apply my knowledge and skills to the research field of psychological science. My goal is to contribute to the advancement of mental health treatments, the nature of consciousness, and the understanding of brain functions.I have gained valuable experience as a research assistant at the Campbell Neurocognitive Aging lab, where I have been involved in all aspects of conducting psychological research, from background research and ethical approvals to data analysis and interpretation. I have also developed strong interpersonal, stress management, and multi-tasking skills, as I have worked with diverse participants, handled high-volume workloads, and collaborated with fellow researchers and supervisors.In my spare time, I enjoy cycling, reading literature, and watching MMA. My interests include neuronal communication, signal integration within dendritic spines, the nature of consciousness and its variability between species, photonics, particle physics, quantum mechanics, and gravitational forces at both macro and micro scales. I am particularly interested in the connection between consciousness and the physical laws of the universe, and I hope to pursue this research direction in the future. I am looking for opportunities that will allow me to further explore this fascinating topic and expand my skill set and network in the research community.
