Looking after and supervising large groups of staff.Ensuring the right members of staff were in the correct places to make sure the bar ran at maximum efficiency.Cash handling of large amounts and signing off reports. As a bar supervisor my responsibilities involved; re-floating tills, performing till lifts, looking after staff and making sure they are working hard and to the best of their abilities. I also took a step into management and performed many stock counts and wrote up many stock reports. Along with this I also developed my skills in management learning many procedures for handling cash and dealing with various situations I found myself in.

In my time working for this company I was trained on a number of different jobs making me and adaptable and versatile member of the workforce. We worked to a a quota of 1 seat every 73 seconds so working fast and under pressure is essential. I worked in a three shift pattern which I was comfortable with also.
