Applications handled/created/supported-NARR Consolidated Database.This is a Lotus Notes Database being maintained by Accenture before it replatformed itself into Microsoft based applications. My task in this involves maintain the scripts and the database as well as adding and implementing enhancements.-Enterprise Search PagesWhen the said application was still using ASP pages and decided to replatform to ASP.Net, I was one of the developers handling the recreation of the pages. One of my pages here was the People Advanced Search Page, which is basically a non-OOB advanced search page. At that time I was already somewhat familiar with XML files, so I was able to use my knowledge in XML and use it to render the page and it’s dropdowns. I also handled other search pages as well, which uses XSLT for rendering the results.-IPAMS Synch JobA console-application-based batch job where it’s primary function is to retrieve information from one site and place the desired field values into another site. This was done by using the web service of the first site and then the SPSite/SPWeb of the second site. It also involves XML and XSLT and as such was used here, primarily to validate the items needed to be synched, and creating the Error Validation email generated by the batch job.-Assets ComponentThis application involves handling information crawled from the Search webservice and displaying it on a custom results page. This application consists of several components; I was mainly in charge of creating the control used for creating the query to be passed onto the search webservice and the control used for rendering the results, both of which uses XSLT and XML manipulation. Eventually though the other components were assigned to me for troubleshooting and maintenance.-DIgiportal/PDC Central AutomationThis application is a central hub used by Accenture to monitor projects within Accenture that is valid for Automation. Projects specified here are usually categoried via region(e.g. EALA, US) or specific locations(specific locations within a country) or specific clients. The application used for this is a web application created via ASP.Net/C#.Net, with MSSQL as it's database. Eventually we implemented MVC onto the application to enhance the application and to make it much readable/updated as it was an old application created initially from excel macros that eventually replatformed into .Net.
