I have a master's degree in cand.techn.soc from Roskilde University, where I learned to apply social and technical perspectives to complex problems. I am currently the Data and BI Manager at RGS Nordic, a leading circular economy company that provides sustainable solutions for waste management and resource recovery.In my role, I am responsible for establishing and maintaining data standards, architecture, and master data management across the organization. I also lead the development and implementation of BI solutions, such as data warehouses, dashboards, and reports, to provide insights and support decision-making for various stakeholders. Additionally, I oversee the automation of workflows and processes using Python and RPA tools, to improve efficiency and accuracy. Some of my recent achievements include creating a 1:1 follow-up system for every order, building a production matrix with over 6000 connections, and launching an ADS platform for our customers. I have also been involved in several cross-functional projects, such as the transition to a new ERP system, a new weight system, and a new budgeting approach. I have used my skills in Microsoft Power Query, analytical skills, and project planning to deliver these projects successfully and on time.
