My daily responsibilities include maintaining and operating rubber testing equipment, dissecting tire sections and removing specific internal parts, ensuring all rubber components are accurate to provide quality data. I work together with a team to ensure everyone has a safe and productive day.

I managed and budgeted my small business to be successful and continue to grow. I assembled bid packets for large landscaping and snow removal jobs. I was personally responsible to ensure all jobs were completed to the customer's satisfaction, along to my own satisfaction. I maintained all company equipment to ensure all equipment was in safe working condition. I was responsible for lawn maintenance for 25 commercial and residential properties on a weekly basis.

I was the shop manager. I went to technical update schools many times throughout the year to stay aware of the ever changing technology's. I worked directly with the customers ensuring their experience was positive. Customer service included giving estimates on repairable equipment, looking up and providing customers with parts over the counter, picking up and delivering their equipment to their homes or place of business, special ordering parts in a timely manner. I also maintained parts and whole goods inventory. Responsible for training other employees on mechanical theories and overseeing that all worked performed was correct before putting the equipment into the customers hands.
