Record and log all customer requests, report machine usage to Plant Manager. Schedule maintenance for all Xerox and IBM printers, Hiring and training of all employees, responsible for scheduling time off and employee reviews, ordering all supplies for equipment and the department. Check all material in inventory system to insure accuracy, minor maintenance on equipment (dicors, photo receptor belts, developer cleaner brushes). In absence of production manager, responsible for planning all production for the entire plant two shifts, responsible for six employees and two shifts, responsible for all end of day clearing, any special customer requests, and reprints to ensure quality assurance, Scheduling overtime, quarterly’s and end of year.
