When operating in guest service, the employee manages self check out, cashier registers, and guarantee a great end to the customer experience. As the front end attendant, the job is bringing in carts from the parking lot, along with emptying trash, cleaning the store, taking back hanger bins, making sure spill stations were in order, handling spills, and anything else that dealt with making the entrance of the store look great. This position is a temporary position and advertised as part of the remodel team. Our purpose is to interact with guest as the store is being reconstructed and redesigned. We help them locate items’ new locations, as also drive sales as the store suffers a bit. We make sure guest are heard and that if they are unhappy, they are taken care of appropriately.

With my mentor, I was offering a position in producing his podcast that hosted and released regularly. The job required learning in filming, directing, mic leveling and more. When not recording a podcast, the producer researched new trends, marketing tools and developed new ideas to help in growing the Podcast. This includes online ads targeted to a specific demographic and Search Engine optimization.

As a CSA, the job is to assist guests in locating items in the store, helping them to their car, and bagging their items. In addition, other functions includes cleaning up the parking lot of trash and carts as a cart manager. Any carts in the cart holders were to be brought back to the front of the store. Many odd jobs are required such as helping in other departments and janitorial work.

RV robotics was a student led team dedicated to creating and developing a functional robot for competing in nationally. Wire technicians on the high school team were responsible for soldering wires together and to the circuit boards, connecting batteries and motors together to make sure electrical components were connected and working correctly. Our designs resulted in awards for creativity, our passion and led to competing nationally for multiple years.
