N25 New Ross Bypass Ppp Project

The N25 New Ross Bypass PPP Scheme involves the construction of approximately 14.8km of National Route comprised of approximately 13.6km of Dual Carriageway and approximately 1.2km of Single Carriageway and associated works.The N25 New Ross Bypass PPP project when completed will connect the N25 from Waterford on the Kilkenny side of the River Barrow, with the N25 to Rosslare and the N30 to Enniscorthy in Wexford east of New Ross town.The Bypass commences at Glenmore in County Kilkenny with an At-Grade Roundabout and crosses over the River Barrow via an Extrados type bridge between Pink Point in County Kilkenny and Stokestown in County Wexford, continuing in a north easterly direction to Ballymacar Bridge. The Bypass interfaces with the R733 in Landscape by way of a Grade Separated Junction, and with the N25 at Ballymacar Bridge with an at-Grade Roundabout. From Ballymacar Bridge the Bypass continues to the northeast and interfaces with the existing N30 at Corcoran’s Cross, finishing with an At-Grade roundabout to the east of Corcoran’s Cross with connecting roads to the existing N30 and severed Local Road L 4003-3.Main duties include:• Assist the ASR in his duties, including but not limited to, preparing reports, drafting contractual letter, managing claims, managing site staff etc.• Advise and report to the ASR on progress and any non-conformance related matters• Management of Contracts and Programme.• Reviewing documents and assisting with the Certification Procedure• Monitoring and reviewing of the Programme and progress of the Works• Management of the auditing, spot checking and inspections of the PPP Co’s. quality, testing, environmental and ecological procedures and systems.• Day to day Liaison with the PPP Co., the Contractor and the Designer.• Promote safety on site at all times• Provide weekly reports to the ASR• Monitor and review the Programme• Maintain an as-built programme

Moycullen Online Road Improvement, Ireland

Resident Engineer on the N59 Moycullen Road Improvement Scheme, The scheme is located in the village of Moycullen, Co Galway. The proposed mainline is Type 1 Single Carriageway cross-section and is approximately 1.2km in length.The construction will take place online within the existing N59 road reservation and adjacent garden areas. The proposed scheme consists of the construction and widening of the existing road carriageway to a Type 1 S1 standard, Excavation of the existing road, Drainage and ancillary road works, culverting, Diversion of assets of authorities, utilities and service providers, Road markings and, signing works, Fencing, Road pavement and road markings, Access and accommodation works, Landscape, environmental and mitigation works, Public Lighting works, and Traffic management. The project is procured under the Traditional form of Contract. Resident Engineer with the responsibility for roadworks (Earthworks, pavement, drainage, etc.) and all Contractual Correspondence.

Resident Engineer on the N5 Ballaghaderreen Bypass, approximately 13.6km of standard single carriageway National Primary road, 9km of accommodation roads seven bridge structures including one river bridge, five road bridges and one accommodation structure, realignment of regional and local roads impacted by the project including tie-in to the existing local and regional road network (total length approx. 9km including all tie-ins), a grade separated junction with the R293 facilitating access to Ballaghaderreen Town and various at-grade junctions. Resident Engineer with the responsibility for roadworks (Earthworks, pavement, drainage, etc).
