Manage the material registration, establish workflows for the inclusion, modification, maintenance, and deletion of items from the database.Distribute, guide, and supervise the physical and fiscal receipt of materials destined for the warehouse (spare parts, equipment, repair and operation materials, and other stock items), covering reception, material inspection, movement, storage, and documentation processing.Ensure the organization and safety of storage to meet requests quickly and appropriately, maintain records of entries and exits for data control and traceability, observe packaging, identification, unloading, and stock control.Commit to operational safety in stock movement, train employees, participate in personnel movement processes (selection, transfers, promotions, and dismissals), and maintain order, cleanliness, organization, and discipline in the area.Monthly performance review of the area by inventorying and analyzing various reports and charts on material movement (components, parts, gases, equipment, supplies, raw materials, and consumables).Adhere to the company’s Quality Assurance policy in executing receipt activities and addressing non-conformities.Organize the physical inventory of raw materials and spare parts (rotating/permanent inventory) by counting items, comparing balances with documentary records, aiming for control, verification, and correction of accounting results.Occasionally participate in meetings with operations, supplies, maintenance, and project areas, understanding receipt and dispatch schedules (parts and materials), according to internal procedures, whether CAPEX/OPEX.Identify received materials according to Paraibuna Embalagens’ standard procedures, maintaining traceability.
