Presented at board meetings and managed relationships with equity investors, venture debt provider and debt financing partners.Built the team from the ground up from 1 to 14 individuals across capital markets (equity and debt), financial planning and analysis, accounting and treasury management. Led diligence for strategic acquisitions of 2 media companies to accelerate the Company’s in-house content production strategy.

The company raised $10M in Series A financing from U.S. investors.Managed 6 employees across finance, accounting and real estate. Implemented customized system to translate from Chinese language software to English language reports. Led real estate site selection and site development efforts, including negotiating 2 new sites at rents 35% below initial quote. Provided reports to Nathan’s Famous corporate and Series A investors reviewing company projections and build-out schedule, store-level projections, and store operation metrics.
