Current• Directly supports 2,500 employees in Assembly, SubAssembly, EMS, and Safety• Ensures plant policies/procedures are aligned with Core Values, communicated effectively and consistently administered• Drives employee engagement via development and implementation of plant communication strategy• Manages the performance management process for salaried and hourly merit employees• Manages health, welfare,and morales programs for plant• Expertly drives HR metrics through GAP analysis and action planning• Builds training and performance and support tools for associates • Responsible for the salary/hourly hiring and onboarding process• Conducts all internal investigations related to assigned departments • Strategizes future years department headcount requirements based on sales/need
