Performed and lead reviews of contractor and Government documentation for its impact on hardware system configuration management baselines. Analyzed electro-mechanical design criteria for production manufacturing ap-plicability and feasibility. Configuration Manager for the HTI Second Generation FLIR Integration effort. (Office: NVESD - Ft. Belvoir). Performed as a liaison between the U.S. Army CECOM Night Vision & Electronic Sensors Directorate (NVESD) and ADC’s hardware fabricators. Planned, performed, and/or managed inspection teams conducting PCAs, CIVRs and Producibility Studies in accordance with MIL STD 1521(a/b), (subsequently MIL STD 973 and MIL HDBK 61) on behalf of ADC’s U.S. Army customers. When necessary for complian-cy within a manufacturer’s SOW/CDRL, Developed specific audit planning leveraging unique actions and deliverables. Audit team selections included ADC engineers, technicians, Gov-ernment project leadership, manufacturer’s engineering, manufacturing and inspection counterparts and DCAS representation.
