Michael Sweeney (Mike) is a Managing Director with over 34 years experience at Accenture helping clients envision and create enterprise business transformation leveraging innovative business strategies, digital transformation, and enhanced talent and organization performance. Mike is currently our Portfolio and Client Account Lead for our Natural Resources Business in the US Midwest Region. Mike has had a number of roles at Accenture including Global Managing Director for SAP (Resources), Global Practice Lead, Global Business Services Lead, Portfolio Lead, Global Client Account Lead, Select QA Director, and Program Delivery Lead. Mike graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Chemical Engineering. Mike has a number of registered patents from early work leveraging the cloud and digital technology to synchronize supply chains. Mike and his wife Patty have 5 children and love to spend time with their family and friends. Mike enjoys coaching basketball and soccer, food and wine, and is active in his community in many ways.
