• Develop and nurture business relationships with adjusters, property owners, facility managers, and any other clientele that can provide commercial work.• Manage multiple project managers, and multiple projects simultaneously• Coordinate with Leadership, Marketing Director and the Operations Manager • Assist Project Managers with and review of ROM/Scopes of work, Estimates, executed contracts, initiate operations/production, file management, point of contact, job site inspections, status of all jobs in progress, troubleshooting, review and negotiate invoicing and collections, present Scopes to Adjusters/Insureds.• Manages and documents rate and material projects and work with Project Managers/Estimators in development of restoration plans.• Daily reviews of all projects, pending projects, operation/manpower and equipment needs, budgets, document progress and notify managers of progress and challenges and communications to clients.• Assist with Change Orders and communication to project manager; Changes in scope; timely submittal of invoices; a timely of collection of invoices. • Conflict resolution with customers/adjusters. • Participated in Depositions, mediation, hearings and complex negotiations on disputed claims.• Firm knowledge of West Virginia and Oregon unfair claim practices.• Created and maintained effective macros for diaries/tasks system and documents claim file activities with established procedures. • Perform Site inspections: Uses knowledge of property and construction to conduct on-site inspections of property damage and photograph claim sites to depict and substantiate losses or damage in order to establish appropriate loss estimates and reserves based on all client information. • Assist with insurance company audit, collections, and negotiations.• Creation and implementation of processes for Servpro NW/ProBuild project management and reporting in collaboration with Management Team.• Risk and Safety Management

• Manages individual claim inventory with a focus on complex claims within a given authority level that require on-site inspection, investigations, coverage analysis and re-inspections. • Uses knowledge of property and construction to conduct on-site inspections of property damage and photograph claim sites to depict and substantiate losses or damage in order to establish appropriate loss estimates and reserves based on all client information. • Investigates claims by interviewing claimants and witnesses, obtaining official reports, and comparing claim information with evidence gathered. Obtains necessary information from experts such as architects, engineers, builders, construction workers, and others to accurately assess the extent of loss. • Examines claim forms, policies, endorsements, and client instructions to determine coverage by applying the understanding of insurance policies and policy interpretation. • Prepares and/or reviews property estimates and contents estimates in loss settlements.• Proficient in conducting investigations, damage assessments and utilizing estimating software and documents all relevant information in the electronic claims management system.• Participated in workload surges and/or catastrophic response as needed, to include mandated overtime during specific catastrophic events. • Ability to coordinate large, diverse teams of adjusters, attorneys, consultants, and/or experts, including vendors such as construction contractors, repairs service companies, and various vendors to support the claim. Identifies and coordinates others to assist with complex issues such as court interpretations, structural design and mold. • Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity • Researches, analyzes and interprets policy contracts and state statutes as it applies to submitted claims.• Recognizes and investigates losses involving subrogation and salvage potential.
