With over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, I have developed strong technical skills and a passion for innovation and customer satisfaction. As the Founder & Chairman of Survivors for Change, I am on a mission to provide education, advocacy, peer engagement, therapeutic support, and wellness resources to male survivors of sexual abuse. I believe that by sharing our stories, creating awareness, and holding perpetrators and institutions accountable, we can empower ourselves and others to heal and seek justice.In my previous role as a NOC Engineer at AirCell, I was responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing the network performance and availability of the largest airborne cellular network in the world. I used my expertise in EIGRP, cellular communications, and iDEN to ensure the highest quality of service for our customers and partners. I also contributed to the development and implementation of new technologies and solutions that enhanced the network efficiency and security. I was recognized for my outstanding performance and dedication with multiple awards and commendations.
